List.js is a 9 KB cross-browser native JavaScript that makes plain HTML lists super flexible, searchable, sortable and filterable. It also includes the possibility to add, edit and remove items by dead simple templating. It also includes a plugin architecture which allows you to extend the functionality of List.js. Currently the only plugin available is a paging plugin.
