InputNotes - A jQuery Plugin To Add Notes Below Textareas & Input Fields Based On Regex Patterns

InputNotes jQuery Plugin is a jQuery plugin to add notes below textareas and input fields based on regex patterns.  This is especially useful if you want to give the user information about things they are typing in the textarea.  For example, if you do not want users to be putting a link in a comment form, you could notify the user by using this plugin.
